Cancellation must be made in writing by fax or e-mail and must be received by the reservations department 31 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation received within 31 days will be subject to a 50% of total charge.
Cancellation received within 15 days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to 100% (of the confirmed room nights) including No Shows and Early Departures.
