Cancellation of reservation must be made in writing by fax or e-mail and must be received by the reservations department 14 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation charges as follows:
32-17 days 25% of the total cost for the stay will be charged.
16-10 days 50% of the total cost for the stay will be charged.
9 days to NO Show or Early departures full cost for the total stay will be charged.

47-32 days 25% of the total cost for the stay will be charged.
31-23 days 50% of the total cost for the stay will be charged.
22 days to NO Show or Early departures full cost for the total stay will be charged.
