Royal Bay Villa is situated towards the southern part of Mahé Island. It overlooks the beautiful bay of Anse Royal and its magnificent beach. It is located at 100 meters from the beach which offers safe and enjoyable swimming all year round. It is in proximity to shops and restaurants for your convenience.
THE VILLA
With its Mediterranean ‘hacienda’ appearance it offers four well appointed bedrooms upstairs with air-conditioned and external balcony (two are ensuite and the two others share a large bathroom).On the ground floor is located a lounge, dining area, a large well equipped kitchen, pantry and laundry. The villa is a fully enclosed property and as it is situated on a secondary road leading from the beach it is therefore a very peaceful location.

Cancellation must be made in writing by email or fax and must be received by the reservations department 16 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation charges as follows:
16-10 days: 50% on EP basis will be charge.
09 days to No-show: 100% on EP basis will be charge.
