Cancellation of reservation must be made in writing by fax or email and must be received by the Reservation Department 29 (Twenty-nine) days before the arrival date.
Cancellation to be deducted on room only as follows:
29 days - 15%.
28 to 21days - 20%.
20 to 13 days - 30%.
12 to 07 days - 45%.
06 to 01 days - 55%.
No show & early departures will result in 75%.
